Poster-making holds an important place in the B.Ed. curriculum as it helps student-teachers develop creativity, clarity of expression, and the ability to present concepts visually. Through this activity, future teachers learn how to simplify complex ideas, organize information effectively, and communicate messages in a visually appealing manner—skills that are essential for designing teaching aids in the classroom. Poster-making also encourages critical thinking, promotes learner engagement, and supports the creation of interactive learning environments. By integrating artistic expression with academic content, it prepares B.Ed. students to become innovative and resourceful educators.
As part of their subject association the Physical Science Department has organized a prior engaging online poster-making competition to encourage creativity and scientific awareness among students. Participants were invited to design posters based on eleven thought-provoking themes, each reflecting key ideas in physical science. The competition focused on originality, clarity of concept, and visual impact, giving students the freedom to express their understanding in artistic ways. All submitted posters will be carefully evaluated, and the final results will be announced during the main function, creating excitement and anticipation among the participants.
