Today was my fourth day in school and I had substitution in different classes. The morning began with the staff prayer followed by thr school prayer. I didn't had classes in the first two hours, so I and my other trainee teachers went to collect the data from the teachers. In the third hour, I had class on 9 E where I did a vocabulary game, with the aim to introduce new words to the students. The students actively participated the game and learned new words.
The fourth hour, I had class on 8 E where I told them a story titled King Lear. The students were keen to hear the story and I introduced them to Shakespeare and a genre called tragedy through this play. The students actively listened and responded by saying that they loved the story. After the lunch break, I had class on 8 D where I did the same vocabulary game to the students. I had free in the sixth hour and in the last hour I told a story titled Hamlet to 8 F introducing them to Shakespeare and Tragedy. The day ended with the national anthem.
It was a happy and a rainy day yet felt motivated and enthusiastic to teach students.
